# Speedy Sheds Company > Speedy Sheds is a family-owned portable building, shed and gazebo manufacturer serving North Carolina, South Carolina and southern Virginia through a dealer and delivery network. Speedy Sheds manufactures at a plant in McColl, South Carolina. The plant is a production floor, not a sales lot. The company sells through company-owned lots and a network of authorized dealers across the Carolinas and southern Virginia. The corporate office and headquarters sits at 9860 McColl Road in Laurinburg, North Carolina, and that address is also a retail lot. Retail lots are open in Laurinburg NC, McColl SC, Rockingham NC and Wadesboro NC. The Find a Dealer page below lists the current full network, including independent dealer partners. Every Speedy Sheds building uses the same construction standard no matter which lot it ships from: LP SmartSide siding, Huber PerformMAX 5/8 inch engineered wood flooring, PPG exterior paint, 40-year metal roofing, 2x6 pressure treated joists at 16 inches on center (12 inches on center available as the paid Workshop upgrade) and 72-inch doors standard. Speedy Sheds is not a lender. Financing runs through Hearth, a third-party platform with a soft credit pull and no minimum credit score, and the lender funds the customer directly. Rent-to-own runs through Heartland Capital Investments, also a third party.
