A-Frame Sheds
Traditional peaked roof. Clean residential look. Passes HOA review in most neighborhoods. 8x10 to 14x40 sizes.
Barn Roof Sheds
Gambrel roof creates loft storage overhead. Most popular style across the Carolinas. Extra vertical space without increasing the footprint.
Single Slope Sheds
Modern lean-to design. Low profile, fits against fences and property lines. Popular on tight lots and HOA-governed neighborhoods.

The gambrel roofline offers seven models with varying levels of loft space and features:
- Deluxe Homesteader — Cabin-grade construction. Premium finishes, oversized windows, multiple doors. Part studio, part storage.
- Side Porch Homesteader — Homesteader with a covered side porch for outdoor seating or workspace overflow.
- Homesteader — Full barn-style interior with residential comfort touches. Ideal for backyard retreats.
- Lofted Barn — Classic barn with full loft overhead. Maximizes vertical storage. Top seller for seasonal items.

How Delivery and Setup Works
Every shed ships from the nearest dealer lot on a truck and trailer rig. The rig can exceed 75 feet in length and 15.6 feet tall when loaded. Here's how to prepare your property for a smooth drop.
Free Within 50 Miles
Delivery and setup are free within 50 miles of your nearest Speedy Sheds dealer lot. We level the building and set it on concrete block piers—included in the price.
Site Clearance Required
Clear the area of trees, fences, debris and low-hanging wires. You need at least 6 feet of clearance around the building at the placement site, plus 1 foot on each side through any openings the truck passes through.
Concrete Blocks Ready
Have 4x8x16" solid concrete blocks at the site before delivery. Place them near the building location. Our delivery team will tell you exactly how many you need. Blocking can't exceed 8 feet apart per runner.
Free Leveling Within 30"
We level the building for free as long as ground conditions are within 30 inches of grade. Steeper slopes or unusual terrain may require extra blocking at additional cost.
Anchor Kits Available
For high-wind zones or HOA requirements, anchoring services are available at an additional fee. Call 811 (free service) to locate utility lines before delivery if anchoring is requested.
One Free Attempt
You get one free delivery attempt. All site prep requirements must be met when the crew arrives. If a second trip is needed, a minimum $200 charge applies. Have your spot ready.

Financing and Rent-to-Own
Every shed we sell is available through traditional financing or our rent-to-own program. Pick the path that fits your budget.
Traditional Financing
Credit score of 680 or above. Apply online through Express Finance Solutions. Lower monthly payments spread over a longer term. Good option if you want to build credit while you build storage.
Rent-to-Own (No Credit Check)
Through Heartland Capital Investments. No credit check. Complete your info, make the initial payment and you're approved. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime—just call and request pickup. Pay it off early with zero prepayment penalties. Own the building at end of term.

Shed Moving Services
We move sheds for individuals and businesses across the Carolinas. Already have a building that needs to go to a new property? Our crew uses specialized equipment to relocate it safely. Buildings must be completely empty before the move. Payment is made directly to the delivery team on site.
This service also works for businesses relocating storage, construction sites that need temporary buildings moved between phases and homeowners selling property who want to keep their shed.
