Every Premium building is engineered and stamped to 150 mph wind speeds, and we've got the prints for NC, SC, VA and GA to back it up. Here's what's under that number.
The floor sits on 4x6 pressure-treated runners notched an inch deep. Pressure-treated 2x6 joists drop into that notch at 16 inches on center, and every joist connection gets a 4-inch Simpson hurricane screw. Walls frame at 16 on center with a double interlocking top plate, and the studs double up every four feet so each piece of LP SmartSide has a full 2x4 to nail into. Trusses land at 24 inches on center with metal plates, and 6-inch Simpson hurricane screws run through the top plate into every truss on both sides. Mobile home anchors are included on Premium.
Select is a lighter build and doesn't carry the 150 mph print. Anchors are available on Select as a $50-per-anchor add-on.
Weather damage and acts of nature aren't covered under the workmanship warranty, on any building from anybody. That's what your insurance is for.

Two Speedy Sheds locations serve Wilmington. Our Leland NC lot at 9111 Ocean Hwy E is just 10 minutes from the Port City - walk through display models any time. Our Lumberton NC lot at 2010 W 5th St is roughly 80 miles northwest and carries additional stock. The Leland lot is run by Carolina Portable Buildings, our authorized dealer for the Cape Fear area.
Our Leland lot is the closest dealer location to Wilmington. About 10 minutes across the river on US-17/Ocean Hwy. Same-area delivery means faster scheduling and lower transport time.
We need a clear path at least two feet wider than the shed on each side. Fenced backyards work if the gate clears the building. Wilmington's flat terrain makes delivery straightforward on most residential lots.
For beach properties on Wrightsville, Carolina Beach or Kure Beach, access can be tighter. Call us with your address and we'll confirm whether delivery works for your lot.

We offer traditional financing with approved credit and a rent-to-own program with no credit check. RTO is simple: fill out your rental info, make the initial payment and you're approved. Monthly payments. Own it at the end.
