Charlotte is served from the York SC dealer lot south of the metro. Regular delivery routes through the metro. In-stock buildings usually arrive in 7 to 10 days. That's one of our fastest lead times.
Charlotte terrain is gently rolling with mild grades. Delivery is straightforward on most residential lots. Tight side yards between houses in Matthews and Huntersville subdivisions need measuring before the truck shows up.
Free Shed Delivery in Charlotte. Delivery and setup are free within 50 miles of any Speedy Sheds lot, and most Charlotte addresses land inside that radius. We also haul through this area on the routes running between our lots, so plenty of orders a little further out still deliver free. Tell your salesperson where the building is going and you'll get a straight answer before you order.
Shed delivery in Charlotte is a different job than dropping a building on acreage. Gates, fences, AC units and property corners shrink the path to your backyard. Measure your narrowest point first.
Corner lots help since the crew can come in from two streets. Shared driveways and zero-lot-line homes take more planning, so send photos of your access path with the quote request. If a finished building can't clear your gate or your driveway, our build-on-site crew puts the same building together on your property instead. There's a $2,000 minimum build fee for that, and your salesperson can price it with you.
