How Setup Works
Our McColl, SC lot sits about 40 miles north of Florence and handles scheduling for the Florence delivery route. Our Laurinburg, NC lot backs it up about 57 miles north-northeast, and both keep display models you can walk through. Florence sits on a corridor we haul every week, so scheduling is fast and delivery and setup are free.
Sand and clay soils shift with moisture. Your building sits up on solid concrete block under the runners, kept level so air moves underneath and water drains away. Standard setup is one block high using 4x8x16 solid concrete block, and you supply it before delivery day.
The Pee Dee is flat. That helps. We need a clear path at least two feet wider than the shed on each side. Fenced yards work if the gate clears the building width. Rural driveways off US-52 and Hwy 327 are usually no issue.
We deliver on a trailer, position the building where you want it, set it on piers and level it. A set runs anywhere from an hour to several hours, depending on the size of the building, how the site sits and how tight the access is. Our driver will give you a window when he calls ahead.
