What Happens When
You Visit A Lot

01. Walk The Inventory

Buildings are on display at every dealer lot. Walk around, open the doors, check the floor. See the actual build quality, not photos.

02. Pick Your Build

Size, color, roof and door placement are yours to pick. Want something the catalog doesn't cover? We quote custom builds one at a time.

03. Choose How To Pay

Cash, financing or rent-to-own with no credit check. Dealer runs the RTO calculator on-site and shows you the exact monthly payment before you commit.

04. Schedule Delivery

We work out a delivery window with you and dispatch calls ahead before the truck rolls. If weather or the plant moves anything, you hear it from us, not from an empty driveway.

Our plant is in McColl, SC, and it's a production floor, not a sales lot. But you don't have to go far. There's a Speedy Sheds retail lot in McColl a few minutes away, and our Laurinburg, NC home office at 9860 McColl Rd is also a retail lot with buildings on the ground, about 15 miles up the road. Either one will get you the same buildings at the same prices.

Each dealer lot carries their own stock. The product quality and brand standards are the same across all locations, but the specific buildings on each lot vary. The online inventory page shows everything available across all lots in real time.

Yes. Speedy Sheds sets the price on every building and it's the same at every lot in the network. When there's a promotion running, it comes from us and it runs everywhere, so there's no reason to drive lot to lot hunting a better deal.

Yes. Every authorized dealer can place custom build orders directly with our McColl plant. In-stock buildings usually deliver in 7 to 10 days, and next day in a lot of cases. Build orders run 3 to 4 weeks, or 4 to 6 on custom and finished-out units. Weather and plant volume can shift those a little.
