Wide Double Doors
72-inch double wood doors are standard on the Lofted Barn, Side Lofted Barn, Utility and Side Utility. Almost no riding mower or zero-turn is wider than 60 inches, so you've got room on both sides.
Functional Windows
Natural light and airflow without cutting into the structure yourself. Workshop models include multiple windows for all-day usability.
Engineering
What's Actually Holding It Together
Every Premium building is engineered and stamped to 150 mph wind speeds, and we've got the prints for NC, SC, VA and GA to back it up. Here's what's under that number.
The floor sits on 4x6 pressure-treated runners notched an inch deep. Pressure-treated 2x6 joists drop into that notch at 16 inches on center, and every joist connection gets a 4-inch Simpson hurricane screw. Walls frame at 16 on center with a double interlocking top plate, and the studs double up every four feet so each piece of LP SmartSide has a full 2x4 to nail into. Trusses land at 24 inches on center with metal plates, and 6-inch Simpson hurricane screws run through the top plate into every truss on both sides. Mobile home anchors are included on Premium.
Select is a lighter build and doesn't carry the 150 mph print. Anchors are available on Select as an add-on.
Weather damage and acts of nature aren't covered under the workmanship warranty, on any building from anybody. That's what your insurance is for.

Free Delivery & Setup
Within 50 miles of any Speedy Sheds location. Building arrives fully assembled, leveled and set on your concrete block.
Next-Day on Some Models
In-stock buildings usually deliver in 7 to 10 days, and next day in a lot of cases. Build orders run 3 to 4 weeks, or 4 to 6 on custom and finished-out units. Weather and plant volume can shift those a little.
Rent-to-Own, No Credit Check
Complete your info, make the initial payment, and most people are approved the same day. Monthly payments. Own it at end of term.
Set Level on Concrete Block
Delivery, setup and leveling are included in the price. We set the building on your concrete block and level it, on clay, sand or a slope. Standard setup is one block high using 4x8x16 solid concrete block, and you supply it before delivery day. A gravel pad or a concrete slab works just as well if that's what you'd rather have. Grading, digging and tree removal are on you, and we're glad to tell you what the spot needs before you order.

Three Roof Styles, 14 Models
Every Speedy Sheds building starts with one of three roof designs. Pick the roofline, then choose the specific model that fits your storage or workspace needs. All use LP SmartSide, Huber PerformMAX flooring and a 40-year metal roof.
A-Frame Sheds
Gable roof, eight-foot walls, 8x8 to 16x52.
Barn Roof Sheds
Gambrel roof creates loft storage overhead. Most popular style across the Carolinas. Extra vertical space without increasing the footprint.
Single Slope Sheds
Modern lean-to design. Low profile, fits against fences and property lines. Popular on tight lots.
A-Frame Lineup
The A-Frame roofline splits into eight specific models. Each targets a different use case:
- Center Porch Pioneer — A-Frame with the porch set into the middle of the long wall, four feet deep and twelve feet long. 12x20 up to 16x52.
- Cottage — Charming exterior with decorative windows and flower box options. Part shed, part backyard escape.
- Deluxe Pioneer — Premium A-Frame with frontier-style details. Workshop-ready interior with room for benches and shelving.
- Pioneer — Mid-range A-Frame. Strong, simple, built for tool and equipment storage on residential lots.
- Side Porch Pioneer — Pioneer model with a covered side porch. Shaded workspace attached to your storage.
- Side Utility — A-Frame with a side door for easy access to tools and gear. Grab-and-go layout.
- Utility Shed — The starter. Mower, trimmer, blower, holiday gear. Clean and functional.
- Workshop — Wider footprint with windows and room for a full workbench. Built for DIY projects and small business use.
Barn Roof Lineup
The gambrel roofline offers eight models with varying levels of loft space and features:
- Center Porch Homesteader — Barn roof with a center porch four feet deep and twelve feet long, and two lofts overhead. 12x20 up to 14x52.
- Deluxe Homesteader — Our biggest porch. It wraps the full end wall and then runs another twelve feet down one side, four feet deep, on composite decking. Overhead you get a 12-foot loft above the porch plus a full loft in the back, more storage than any other barn we build. Four 2x3 windows and a 72-inch 9-lite door. 12x24 up to 14x52.
- Side Porch Homesteader — Homesteader with a covered side porch for outdoor seating or workspace overflow.
- Homesteader — Full barn-style interior with residential comfort touches. Ideal for backyard retreats.
- Lofted Barn — Classic barn with full loft overhead. Maximizes vertical storage. Top seller for seasonal items.
- Lofted Workshop — Barn roof with workshop layout below and loft storage above. Best of both worlds.
- Mini Barn — Same gambrel roof in the small sizes, 8x8 through 10x16. The walls are too low for a loft, so this one is ground-floor storage.
- Side Lofted Barn — Same barn roof and the same two lofts as the Lofted Barn. The difference is the doors: they're on the long side wall instead of the end. Two 2x3 windows standard. 8x12 up to 14x52.
We also build gazebos and pavilions for outdoor living spaces. Same crew, same materials, same free delivery inside our delivery area. Gazebos, pavilions and dog kennels carry a two-year limited workmanship warranty; our Premium Series sheds carry five years. Plus a Select Series line at a lower price point for budget-conscious buyers.
Before Delivery Day
How Delivery and Setup Works
Every shed ships from the nearest dealer lot on a truck and trailer rig. The rig can run over 75 feet long and needs 15 feet 6 inches of overhead clearance when it's loaded. Here's how to prepare your property for a smooth drop.
Free Within 50 Miles
Delivery and setup are free within 50 miles of any Speedy Sheds location. With lots spread across the Carolinas and into Virginia, most addresses land inside that radius. If yours doesn't, call our sales team and we'll work out what it takes to get your building there.
Site Clearance Required
Clear the area of trees, fences, debris and low-hanging wires. You need at least 6 feet of clearance around the building at the placement site, plus 1 foot on each side through any openings the truck passes through. The ground needs to be dry. Mud or standing water can get the truck stuck and may mean a return trip.
Concrete Blocks Ready
Have 4x8x16" solid concrete blocks at the site before delivery. Place them near the building location. Your salesperson works out the block count with you when you place the order, so you know exactly what to have waiting before the truck rolls. Blocking can't exceed 8 feet apart per runner.
Free Leveling Within 30"
We level the building for free as long as ground conditions are within 30 inches of grade. Steeper than that and the site needs some work before we can deliver.
Anchoring
On our Premium series, mobile home anchors are included as part of a standard setup where zoning requires them. On Select buildings, anchors are $50 each and you can add them to your order. Anchoring is worth doing in high-wind areas, and a lot of HOAs ask for it. Talk it through with your salesperson when you order. If you're adding anchors, call 811 (a free service) to get utility lines located before delivery.
One Free Attempt
You get one free delivery attempt. All site prep requirements must be met when the crew arrives. If a second trip is needed, a minimum $200 charge applies. Have your spot ready.
Permits And Setbacks
Permit rules are local. Square-footage thresholds, setbacks and what counts as an accessory structure change from one county to the next, and sometimes from one side of a road to the other. Your county planning or building department is the only place to get a real answer, so call them before you order and ask what they need at your address.
What we bring to that conversation is the engineering. Every Premium building has a stamped engineer print available on request, certifying the building to 150 mph wind speeds and laying out the blocking and anchoring schedule. That's usually the document a permit office wants to see. We have stamped prints for North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Georgia, and there's no charge for them.
Your dealer has been through this with a lot of customers nearby and is happy to talk it through with you. Just get the final word from the county.
Two Ways to Pay
Financing and Rent-to-Own
Every shed we sell is available through traditional financing or our rent-to-own program. Pick the path that fits your budget.
Shed Financing Through Hearth
Traditional financing runs through Hearth, a third-party platform that matches you with its partner lenders. It's a soft credit pull, so it won't ding your score to see where you stand. There's no minimum credit score. Lenders look at your credit score and your debt-to-income ratio together.
Rent-to-Own (No Credit Check)
Through Heartland Capital Investments. No credit check, no credit pull. Complete your info, make the initial payment, and most people are approved the same day. Pay it off early with no penalty, or turn the building in if your situation changes. Own the building at end of term.
