The Select Series shares the materials that matter with our Premium Series. LP SmartSide engineered wood siding on every wall. 4×6 pressure-treated runners. 2×6 floor joists at 16 inches on center. Where Select differs is in the framing spec above the floor, the roof system and the finish options. Lighter on options, lower on price, still a real shed.
The Lofted Barn.
Classic Gambrel.
The gambrel roof shape gives you a real loft for seasonal storage and frees up the floor for what you actually use day-to-day. The most popular shed style we build, now in a value spec.

Standard build: 2×4 walls at 24" O.C., metal roof, double doors, two windows, single top plate, no overhangs.
The Utility A-Frame.
Straight Walls, Simple Storage.
Tall straight walls and a peaked A-frame roof. Best for backyard storage where you want easy access to long-handled tools, riding mowers, ATVs and full-height shelving along the inside walls.

One is to use thinner siding, particleboard floors and staples where screws belong, the kind of building that looks fine on the lot and sags within a couple of Carolina summers. You get the same LP SmartSide siding, the same pressure-treated runners and the same crew and plant in McColl, SC as the premium series. What you give up is the upgraded trim packages, the fancier door and window options and some of the styling, not the bones of the building.

A storage building's job is to keep your gear dry and locked for years, and that depends on the siding, the floor and the framing, exactly the parts we don't cut. The materials are the same ones we put in a Premium build, and the frame is simplified to bring the price down: studs 24 inches on center instead of 16, a single top plate, trusses every 4 feet, metal roof over house wrap. That's the trade, and it's why Select carries a two-year workmanship warranty against Premium's five.

Anchors are an add-on at $50 each on Select. Premium includes anchors standard.
Select Utility A-Frame runs from 8×12 up to 12×24. Select Lofted Barn runs from 8×12 up to 12×24. Larger sizes move up to the Premium Series.

Yes, within the Select menu. One exterior color is included and you can upgrade the trim paint or order a custom PPG color. Doors come in wood or fiberglass, and you can add single-pane windows, a ramp, an electrical package and anchors.
