A-Frame Modern Pavilions
The Modern Pavilion is a screened outdoor room. Screened bays all the way around, a screened door, and a composite deck under your feet. The exterior carries the same LP SmartSide siding and lumber framing we put on our sheds, so it holds up the same way.
You pick the roof, metal or architectural shingle, and you pick the finish. Paint it in any of our standard colors, or go with a semi-transparent urethane stain if you want the wood to show. Sizes run 8x10 up to 12x24.
Pair with patio furniture, an outdoor kitchen, or use as a covered hot-tub space.
Backyard-Ready, 8x10 To 12x24
Pavilions run 8x10 through 12x24. The 8x10 tucks into a small yard and still seats four. The 10x16 and 10x20 are our most popular. The 12-wides give you room for a table and chairs with a walking path around them. Call us with your yard dimensions and we'll tell you what fits.

Two-Year Workmanship Warranty
Alpine Gazebos, Modern Pavilions and Dog Kennels carry a two-year limited workmanship warranty on our construction and installation. Materials and components carry their own manufacturer warranties, the metal roof is 40-year, shingles are 25-year and LP SmartSide siding is 5/50 year limited.
