Run Your Own Shed Lot Or Sell With
Our Internet Sales Team

Speedy Sheds is growing both sides of our sales operation. We're placing new dealer lots across North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia, and we're hiring inside internet sales reps. Family-owned, still growing and looking for people who want to grow with us.

Two Paths

Two Ways To Join
Our Team

Remote Dealer Partner (1099)

You run your own location. We supply the buildings, the pricing, the marketing and the back-office support. You bring the lot, the office and the work ethic. Dealers are independent 1099 partners running their own business under the Speedy Sheds name.

Inside Internet Sales (In-House Position)

You work our online leads from our team. Phone, text and email quoting on buildings that are already sitting on lots across the network. Competitive pay, real training and a lead flow that grows every month.

Why Sign With Us

Why Become A
Speedy Sheds Dealer

01

Low Cost Of Entry

You don't buy inventory. We place buildings on your lot and we own them until they sell, so you're not writing a check for a lot full of sheds to get started. That's the single biggest reason people can open with us who couldn't open with anybody else.

02

No Franchise Fee

No licensing cost to come on board.

03

We Set The Pricing

Every building is the same price at every lot in the network. You never have to explain why the lot down the road is cheaper, because it isn't.

04

Commission Above Industry Standard

You're paid a commission on every building you sell. Your rates and payment schedule are in the Dealer Commission and Incentive Schedule you sign during onboarding.

05

Training That Doesn't Stop At The Login Screen

Product line, pricing, rent-to-own, the order system and how to close on a lot. We walk it with you.

06

Marketing Behind You

Brochures, literature, signage and product images, plus a marketing co-op program that shares the cost of approved local advertising.

07

A Family-Owned Company That Answers The Phone

You'll know the people at the plant by name and they'll know yours.

What We're Looking For

What We're Looking For
In A Dealer

A site with good road visibility and room to display buildings and turn a delivery truck around. An office on the property. And a strong work ethic, because the dealers who do well here are the ones who call a lead back the same day it comes in.

We're a family-owned company looking for like-minded people who want to be part of a growing, forward-thinking team. If that sounds like you, send in the form and let's talk.

How It Works

How It Works

01

We Talk

Applications come to Matt Delashmit, our Director of Dealer Sales. He'll reach out to set up a call and hear what you've got in mind and what you're working with.

02

We Look At Your Property

We come out and see the site. We'll walk the layout with you and talk through your plans and where you want to take this.

03

Approval

Your application goes through our approval process. We'll tell you exactly what we need from you and where things stand.

04

Onboarding & Training

Paperwork, system access and training on the product line, pricing and the rent-to-own program.

05

Your Inventory Arrives

We deliver your display inventory and work with you to get the lot open and the first sales closed. Once you're open, you've got Matt and our dealer support team behind you, plus customer support at the plant for order status and repairs.

Now Hiring

Now Hiring: Inside
Internet Sales

Our internet department sells across the whole network from one desk. You'll work company-generated leads, quote buildings and stay with the customer from the first message through delivery day.

Competitive pay. Paid training. A lead flow that keeps climbing. You don't need shed experience. You need to be good with people and quick on a follow-up.

Apply For Internet Sales

This Is The Business.
Not A Side Project.

You're signing on with 30+ years of combined industry experience behind you, a product line built at our own plant in McColl, SC, and a support team you can actually get on the phone.
