Our flagship build. Engineered to take a beating and last — the standard we'd put on our own property.

Our most popular style. Lofted storage, wide doors, optional Workshop upgrade with 12" O.C. floor joists for heavier loads. Trusses are 24" O.C. with 6" Simpson hurricane screws into every truss on both sides.
This is the spec that earns the 150 mph wind rating, and the build standard customers in coastal NC and SC ask for by name.
