Premium builds are engineered for 150 mph winds through doubled wall studs at siding seams, double interlocking top plate, 6" Simpson hurricane screws through the top plate into every truss on both sides, continuous airflow ventilation and mobile home anchors included standard. The combination meets or exceeds residential code in every county we deliver to.
Premium upgrades include garage roll-up doors, French double doors, 9-lite doors, insulated windows, transom windows, faux rock skirting, cupola, interior finish packages with insulation and drywall, electrical pre-wire, custom lofts, workbenches and shelving. Workshop and Lofted Workshop styles include 12" on center floor joists for heavier loads as standard.
Premium Series builds range from 8×8 up to 16×52 depending on style. Barn, Utility and Workshop go up to 16×52. Sheds with Porches and Cottage go up to 16×52 depending on porch configuration. Modern and Modern Studio styles go up to 12×48.
