Barns, utility sheds, workshops, cottages, modern studios, sheds with porches and specialty structures like gazebos show up here when we have them ready. In-stock buildings usually deliver in 7 to 10 days, and next day in a lot of cases, with free delivery and setup within 50 miles of the lot the building is sitting on. You can take any of them home on rent-to-own with no credit check, or pay cash.

Where do you deliver these in-stock sheds?
We deliver across North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia, with free delivery and setup within 50 miles of any of our lots. Every building on this page sits on a Speedy Sheds lot and is ready to be set on your property.
Do I need good credit to buy one?
No. Rent-to-own is available on every building shown here with no credit check required, up to $25,000. On a bigger build, you put the difference down at signing. You can also pay cash if you prefer.
How fast can I get a building?
In-stock buildings usually deliver in 7 to 10 days, and next day in a lot of cases. Build orders run 3 to 4 weeks, or 4 to 6 on custom and finished-out units. Weather and plant volume can shift those a little.
Are these new or used buildings?
Most of what you see here is brand new, straight off our line. We also carry pre-owned buildings that came back to us, and those are marked Pre-Owned · Sold As-Is on the card at a discount. Pre-owned buildings are sold as-is, any known damage is listed right on the card, and the Speedy Sheds workmanship warranty doesn't apply to an as-is unit.
